Dear "I-Have-Nothing-Better-To-Do" Idiot,

Ever since I came back from my CNY holidays
You had "welcome" me with with your hands so free that you are playing "turning off" game with my house's water meter switch
Giving me nightmares of having no water in the middle of a shower

with a little helps from the management people
The technical person had taken off the little switch from the meter
and let me keep it in my drawer
